Hello, after migrating Confluence to a new server, we had to change the base address of our pages from https://confluence.office.mycompany.com to https://confluence.mycompany.com
As a consequence, all of the links in our knowledge base are now broken, as we'd need to edit each of them to remove the ".office" part in the URL. Is there a faster way to make this change, without having to manually edit every link? Maybe a bulk operation on the links, or anything to do this automatically?
Thank you in advance,
Fabrizio
If your team used the normal way to link to other pages within Confluence, you have nothing to do. If people insisted on pasting in web links, rather than page links, yes you will need a plugin to fix as stated by the other posters.
Using Confluence page links also has the huge advantage that if the page name changes, the links update as well.
If you are on Cloud, you can use this free app: Link Management for Confluence. It allows you to rewrite all instances of a link in your space in one operation.
Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Sven

Thank you for sharing @Sven Schatter _K15t_ ! I didn't know such an app existed for Cloud as well.

Hi @fabrizio.antonioli welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Based on the URL of your site, I suppose you are on-premise (despite the cloud tags).
For Server, there's a third-party app to help you convert absolute links to relative links.
Have a look at Page Links Validator/Converter
If you ARE on cloud (this means that the URL of your site ends on atlassian.net), then you will need to do this manually.
