Change page status via Automation when an approved Signature is added

Is there a way to use Automation rules to change page status when the page has been reviewed, and the reviewer has added a signature with the Meaning / Role of "Approval"?

@Ned Kost How do you "add a signature" to a page? Do you use an app for that or some built-in feature, like labels?
