Captcha image is not appeared..

I chaged my password...but after that I can't login our team's confluence.

When I tried to login my confluence, I must enter the some letters(captcha..). But, letters are not appeared. I can't see anything..there are only 'X' figure.

I'm administrator of our team's confluence....

How to solve this problem?? If you know, plz let me know ASAP.

Hi, can you post a screenshot of what is happening? Can you also specify your Confluence version and the browser you are using?

What version of Java are you using? There is a bug with OpenJDK.

My confluence version is 4.1.5 and I used both IE and chrome.

I downloaded "Java SE 6 update 35(JRE)" at Oracle homepage..

Does it help if you clear the cache on your browser? Are there any errors in the logs?

I cleared the cache..but I can't login now.
