There is a confluence set up at work for documentation of our API. We also have JIRA. Whenever I am logged into JIRA and then attempt to access the wiki, I get a "Not Permitted" error. The only workaround is either using another browser or an incognito browser. My question is why do anonymous users have more access (view permissions) than a logged in staff member? I understand that the company has limited licenses for edit permissions but why should that affect the viewing? It seems like a backwards step.
Can someone from Atlassian please enlighten me?
Cheers,
Tim.
