Hi,

I'm trying to attach a .ppt file but keep getting the message below.

"The server is not responding. Please check that it is running."

The file size is about 1MB so, it wouldn't be the size of the attachment that blocks me uploading this file.

Can someone let me know how to resolve this?

Thanks!

I got this same error and realized it was because the documents were still open in Word. I closed them in Word and was able to upload via drag and drop successfully. Hopefully this will work for you.

Hi Lee,

Could you please try to open the browsers network monitor (F12) to see the flow of the requests. The attach request is normally a POST or PUT request. Additionally, please check the .ppt file does not have too many special characters included. It would be useful if you provide more details on the error with screenshot.

BR,

Prashant.
