Cannot see attachments from mobile app

I have some attachments in my page and I can see them from my laptop. But when I use the mobile app, attachments cannot be reached.

Is there an option to see my attachments from my phone?

Hi @Berfin Şimşek welcome to the community.  I'm able to see the attachments on my mobile app for my Confluence Space.  Are you using iOS or Android?  Is it just that page where you can't see attachments, or is it all pages? Do other people experience the same issue?  Can you try the other OS, or have someone else try?

Is the page quite large?  If you create a new page with that attachment, does it work?  

I did find CONFCLOUD-74684 I'm not sure if it's related to your situation or not.  If it is, you can vote for and watch that for updates.

Thank you for your quick response.

I am adding attachments to a page from the dots right on the page(see my attachment). There are 13 files on the attachments and I don't want to put them into the page I just want to have them on the attachments to see later.

But on my mobile phone(IOS) and my friend's phones(android) there is not an option for seeing the attachments. It is the same for all pages.
