Cannot edit a page in any broswer

I am looking at several Confluence pages that are very long, let's say 10,000 lines for example. When I click Edit, suddenly the page shortens down to about 1,000 lines. So about 90% of content shrinks/collapses, it looks like a different page .

Also, if I am able to place the cursor in a field, I can't add text. All I can do is delete. Saving has been an issue as well. All happening in Chrome/FF/Safari in the last 2/3 weeks.

Hi @Joseph Esposito,

  We have also experienced issues when trying to edit/go into editing mode for a page with a large amount of content.  Sometimes there is a delay - sometimes we can't get in at all.

This issue is somewhat noted in the following bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-26241

If you are working with 10,000 lines, personally I would utilize Excel.
