Cannot add comment to image

I'm trying to add a comment to an image. 

I followed the directions to open up attachments, click view, and then drag a comment onto the image. The comment panel opens and looks like it's going to load a comment, but it just never loads. I've tried on two different browsers with the same result. I've also tried on multiple images with the same result. 

Anyone else having this issue. Any resolution?

Hey Rachel,

I noticed you're on Confluence Cloud, which means you're likely using the new Confluence editor. A quick way to verify this is by looking for the Publish button in the editor - if it's at the top of the page (along with the formatting controls), you're using the new editor:

If this is the case, the problem you're running into is that image comments aren't implemented yet in the new Editor. We've got a public issue about that here: CONFCLOUD-67745 

What you might be seeing if you're looking at documentation is the Legacy editor - currently in use on Confluence Server and available in Confluence Cloud if you select the Legacy editor template when you're creating a page.
