After searching for the ability to + calendar, I find it isn't an option.
Can someone please help out?
Have you activated the Team Calendars add-on on your instance? This is necessary for the calendar option to appear. You can check your add-ons in Confluence or Discover New Applications if you're in Cloud to see if it's activated.
