Cannot add Captions to videos.

I can no longer add captions to my videos that I have added via the Confluence media option. As you can see in the link below, the Member Search Video Tutorial has a caption, however the other 2 videos do not. I click to add the caption but it will not let me add it.

Please help!

Hi @Alessandra Curcio

I was able to bring up the caption option clicking on that small 'six dots' modal that appears next to the upper left corner of the video.

See the video of my video :)

Upon saving the page, the caption was under the video as expected.

I looked at the code of your website and

Your non-captioned videos are missing this element

<div data-media-caption="true" data-testid="media-caption" data-renderer-start-pos="464" class="cc-1h83rgl">Member Search video tutorial</div>

If you create a blank page and insert the same two videos (one that has and one that doesn't have the captions... will you be able to add captions?

If the answer is yes, chances are that on the page you shared the videos misbehave due to some formatting issues (and underlying HTML conflicts).

(for example, you have h3 selected at the beginning of line which means you can do A but cannot do B... unless you go back to normal paragraph formatting)
