I'm considering adopting a few solutions from Atlassian at my organization and signed up for a free trial of Jira Service Management. I activated the Knowledge Base for a test project to figure out how to work with it, but I can't get to any content configuration under "Space settings" inside Confluence.
When I navigate to "Project settings > Knowledge base" inside Jira Service Management it tells me that some permissions can only be configured from inside Confluence, but whenever I try to access them I receive a message saying "You've stumbled on restricted content" even though I have full admin rights.
Atlassian's ecosystem is still a bit confusing for me and any help will be greatly appreciated.
This wasn't very intuitive at first, but I had to grant myself product access to Confluence through Atlassian Administrator portal.
