Can you search across different spaces/subpages?

Is there a search function to use across the entire confluence platform? Or within specific spaces? For example, If I have a number of pages or subpages in a Sales space, is there one search option to search across all pages?

To expand on @Lucas Modzelewski _Lumo_ answer, you can also search the specific space's Content section by page titles

and deploy a search macro on any Confluence page

Sure! That’s one of the basic features - you can search everything and then narrow down your search to specific spaces.
