Can you limit the ChangeHistory macro?

I think the Confluence ChangeHistory macro is great however I can see it generating quite a lot of content if used on a very active page.  Is there a way to limit the number of versions it reports?

I have tested a couple things in my own instance of confluence and researched the change macro documentation. It does not look like you can limit. But you could use the Expand Macro and put the Change History Macro inside that way it's not taking up a huge space.
