Can we create a Shared KB Space with customers not showing all users all articles?

We are going to create a KB space for internal users but letting our customers see articles might happen in the future. Is it possible to do? Decide on article level if they are to be shown to a customer.
When I have looked around I have found the answer to be no but perhaps some updates have been made?

Hi @Jennie Sparr and welcome to the community!

It can be done by using page restriction. Please read more here https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/add-or-remove-page-restrictions/

Thank you.!   :)
We are going to use auto search for our service desk tasks to relate to the KB articles and I guess that means that the restricted articles won't show in the auto suggestions for these restricted customers either then?

Yes, restricted articles will not show on your customers. You can also read two suggested solutions here -> https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/How-do-we-limit-the-Knowledge-Base-articles-that-customers-can/qaq-p/893731
