Can't use template

Hi everyone,
I'm new on Confluence and I want to use different template, like Sailboat for Sprint Retrospective.
But I'm not able to find this template directly in our Confluence.
When I try to use the template directly from Confluence I have this error (see picture).
Do you have an idea of how to solve it please?

Find the solution: Whiteboard must be activated to use this type of template.

Thanks for confirming you found the issue! Confluence Whiteboards is now a core feature of Confluence Cloud, so you should be able to use the template without any issues.
