Anonymous needs access to user profiles.

  1. As administrator open the Confluence administration and go to Global Permissions
  2. Enable View User Profiles for Anonymous
  3. Anonymous users can now see profile images and access user profiles.

Only do this if there are no privacy concerns!

Hi, There.

Can you check  'Anonymous Access' section in global permission page to see if  'View User Profiles' is check?
