Can't copy and paste an image with update of Confluence (and Windows 10)

before the Confluence 6.3 update (cloud) update and Windows 10, we could copy and paste images in Confluence. Now it gives the error message: Broken Image! How can we resolve this issue? Thanks

Hi Paige,

Can you confirm the browser and version you are using when you attempt to copy and page images? We currently have a bug concerning Firefox and this behavior:

- CONFCLOUD-56272

We are not experiencing the issue in Chrome, so can you confirm if you're able to copy and paste images in Chrome?

Hi Paige,

The fix for this is in progress. You can follow along on the bug ticket by watching it. This way, we'll send you updates on the fix. 

In the meantime, you can continue to use Chrome to copy and paste images into your Confluence instance.
