Can't Access My Account

I thought I was on the free version of Confluence. 

 

When I login it tells me to update my billing. When I click the link they provide, it tells me I have no licenses and so there is nowhere to even input my billing details. 

 

I have hundreds of hours of work saved to my Confluence so need this issue fixed asap. 

 

What do I need to do?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This suggests your Confluence is owned by someone else, or that you're not logging in to the billing site.  Try the very quick check of going to my.atlassian.com, logging in, and going to the list of products - if your Confluence is not listed, then you're not named as a billing contact who can change or renew the licencing.
