Can admin configure user group's permission of exporting Confluence pages?

Hi Support Team,

As Confluence administrator, we would like to allow some groups of users to access (view the information) specific confluence page, but do not want them to be able to highlight the content and copy it. Is it possible to be set up in page/space permission?
