Can a template be automatically send to an email address after it has been completed?

Hello

We would like to use a template in confluence to kick off a process with one of our external service providers. Once an employee has created and completed the template an email should be triggered to an external recipient containing the details filled into the template.

Is that possible or are there any other solutions than using a template?

This is not possible ootb, this will require a marketplace app or Confluence automation (only available in premium or enterprise cloud plan)

You could look at apps like:

* mailto.wiki - Email for Confluence
* Email Confluence page
