Can a Confluence Cloud space Home page name not have the word "Home" in it?

Our site Overview page name has been edited to "[company name]", but on the landing page for the site the page name is "[company name] Home". I don't want the word "Home" on this page but it seems to be outside my settings management. Can the word "Home" be removed from the site Homepage?

Yes, you can edit a space homepage to remove the name home.  You just need to be the space admin according to this answer:

For the site homepage, since you can make that almost any page you want to, you can edit that name too:
