Can I merge Confluence Server instance with Confluence Cloud?

I'm trying to merge questions for confluence with another instance. Is that possible? I cannot find any documentation on how to do it. Thanks.

There is a cloud migration assistant app from atlassian :

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219672/cloud-migration-assistant-for-confluence?hosting=server&tab=overview&_ga=2.108194689.246795607.1541661198-271938178.1534227463

You can give above a try or you can export each space individually then import on cloud.
