Can I export an entire confluence site to PDF?

I am able to export an individual confluence space to PDF but would love to export the entire confluence site as a form of hard back up for emergancies.

Is there a way to export the entire site?

You can not export the entire site into PDF but there is a backup option to XML which you can later use to restore in case of emergencies. See http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Site+Backup+and+Restore for details.
