Can I change the language of the Confluence page to English?

Hi~ I'm a Confluence user in Korea.

Our company is headquartered in Korea and has several overseas subsidiaries.
So I have created a Confulence page in Korean and English to manage pages in two languages.

But I have some problems as the image below.
The photo below is a screenshot from a US branch.

There are Koreans we can't change.

How can I change it?

I believe that it may be using the default browser setting or Confluence setting.
