The problem is that it seems when I create a new page via a new row in a Confluence Database, the page lacks the label I've added in the template itself.
When I use a Create from template button instead, and use that same template, the label is applied to the created page.
Is this a known thing?
Did you ever find an answer to this? I'm struggling with the exact same thing.
I also setup this automation hoping it would work:
Yet still, pages created from the Page Link column in the database do note get labels added automatically.
For reference, I'm using a database to track customer interviews for product discovery. Each interview has its own page, based on a template, with a label that's used to pull the pages into various elements on the space's index page. Interviewers can add more labels later, and all labels get pulled back into the database, too.
Any help is much appreciated!
Hi @Patrick Sullivan , as a fellow databases user, I'm interested in your use case. Can you clarify how you select a page template for the initial content please?
