Hi, I run into error when downloading NCEP GEFS grib files from TIGGE. The errors are shown as below:

2024-02-14 00:06:39 mars - ERROR  - 20240214.000638 - JPEG support not enabled. Please rebuild with -DENABLE_JPG=ON [ecCodes]
2024-02-14 00:06:39 mars - ERROR  - 20240214.000638 - Exception: Serious Bug: codes_get_double_array(grib, "values", values.data(), &size): Functionality not enabled_

The above errors occur when directly downloading the GEFS from TIGGE webpage (directly from my browser, see screenshot below) or using the python script generated by the TIGGE website. Therefore, it seems like the ecCodes-related error is on the TIGGE server side. Is there anyone experiencing the same issue and know how to resolve it? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. This error prevents me from downloading any NCEP GFS-related data (both controlled forecasts and perturbed forecasts). Thanks!

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I think you are in the wrong place, your question does not seem to be about an Atlassian system.  I suspect you have clicked on "help with the system in use for documentation or issue tracking" instead of "help with the product".
