Auto collection of data in template

Hi Everyone,

I have created a new template that has a lot of information that we are collecting which goes into a log for review.

We are trying to collect some of the information automatically against some of the fields in the template form.

1) Created Date

2) User Name

If anyone has done this could you please assist

Can I clarify...

• You have a template, with a table on it
• There are some variables on the template users need to fill in
• You'd like current user, and current date, to populate automatically?

If yes - not that I know of natively. It is possible in Server/DC using user macros, but these are not available in Cloud.

There might be an alternative on the Marketplace though - check out some options here.
