Authorization probrems

Good day!

We have an authorization problems. Confluence needs very much time for users avtorization, it is about 20 seconds for an entrance. We connect user directories remotely. Confluence shows some mistakes, but we do not know what are thees and how we can fix it.

Hello there! Thanks for coming up to the Community.

Could you clarify some details for us:

  1. Is this your production instance?
  2. Are your users currently able to login and use Confluence?
  3. Was there any change applied to Confluence prior to this issue?

Also, you could have a look at the Base DN, Additional User DN, Additional Group DN:
