Is there a way I can attach a mp3 file to a page so people can listen to it without them having the option to download it?
I know the multimedia macro can play the file on the page, however users have the option to download.

It's actually very tedious to disable a single type of attachment. Let me know if you have problem with the document above
As far as I know, this is not possible. Think that the easiest way is to pin the link on YouTube version of the song. Almost all have the opportunity to listen this format of audio. I advice you to leave and a suggestion how to download it, if someone like it. As a person who used this method for 2 years, I can promise you that using YouTube to mp3 converter is the most convenient thing what I have whatever tried. https://youtubemp3.la is fast and totally free (even a nice customized app).
