Asset's management

Hello everyone, I recently got tasked to upload all asset's we use at the office (from laptops to software's) to atlassian, I was curious if there are any tools to synchronize all asset's and softwares used on laptops to atlassian. Preferably a tool that also checks if softwares are up to date for security reasons.
