Guests (a person that you invited to Confluence as a guest, and they have a guest account), can only access one single space at a time. You can give them access to another space but then they will only have access to that new space.
You can allow anonymous access in the space Setting - this means that ANYONE on the internet will be able to access the given space, with or without an account. If you allow anonymous access to multiple spaces, then any person on the internet will be able to access all of those spaces.

No, guests can access more than one Space, especially if you have Spaces that allow anonymous access.
