I received an e-mail last week with a list of pages that I was being asked if they should be archived. They had my user i.d. correct, but I am not an administrator of these pages. Who do I contact about this? Thank you!

You are the administrator of the pages, if you are not you can talk to the instance administrator, otherwise you can also contact atlassian support

The email you received is not from Atlassian. Someone within your company (maybe your Confluence admin or the admin for the space containing the pages) performed some sort of review (for example, what pages haven't been updated in the last year?), identified you as being the owner or person somehow responsible for the content of the pages, and contacted you:
