We intend to make some of our Confluence pages accessible for our domain users, an anonymous access would be sufficient since some of our users would only need access very seldom and it is not appropriate to buy licenses for all these users.
Is it possible to configurate Confluence accordingly?

Yes, you can do this. The site-admin will need to change the Global Permissions and the Space Permissions to allow anonymous users to access Confluence:
