Anchor to an element in a page of the same space

I want to anchor an element in a page of the same space. Creating the anchor works as expected, but when having to kink to the anchor, I don't get the Advanced option after clicking link or performing Ctrl+K, so I can't include the page name#anchor name. Any clue on what can I do?

If you are using the new editor, there is this note:

Creating links to non-heading sections of your page isn't possible in the new editor. If you need to link to a part of the page that isn’t worthy of a major heading, try using a smaller heading like an H5 or H6.

Details are here: insert-links-and-anchors

Thank you. I will try this.
