Hello @Bikram Shrestha !

As I understand, the aspect of your video is not displayed as expected in Confluence. I tried to replicate this in my Confluence site but was unable to.

Here is what it looks like:

Viewing in "small" mode

Viewing in fullscreen

With this in mind, I would like to ask you a few questions:

  1. If you download the video and play it in your machine directly, what does it looks like?
  2. Is this happening with other videos that you upload to Confluence?
  3. Is this happening in all pages where you try to upload the video?
  4. Has this worked at some point in the past?
  5. What is the resolution and aspect of your original video file?

There is a chance that the actual video has a aspect that appears deformed and Confluence is simply displaying it as is. I recommend that you start by checking the actual resolution of the video and how it displays in your machine directly.

Let us hear from you!

Video is a recording screen from skype. It is working fine when I download and watch.

Video is also a portrait view, I can not resize it in landscape. as I make bigger it will be bigger with a portrait view.

I just imported the video using the "Files & Images" icon. do I have to add video using any video frame tools or anything?
