All Labels is show labels that are no longer used. Is that right?

In Confluence, I am using the labelslist option (https://medrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/labels/listlabels-alphaview.action) to view all the labels that we are using across our organization in Confluence.  But for some reason, the page is showing labels that were used at one time but no longer exist on any pages.  I can't seem to get them to not show up on this list.  Is there something I am missing?  Below are a few examples that show up but as you can see, when I click on them, no pages are using those labels.to.PNG

@Colleen Gotling According to this page (https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/use-labels-to-organize-your-content/ ):

If you have deleted pages that contain a label, you may need to purge the deleted pages from the space's trash to ensure that the label disappears too.

I guess you can check your trash for the space to see if there are pages there.
