After creating links and uploading PDF files, they will not open. They will open as a thumbprint,

My uploaded PDF files will not open.  They seem to freeze when I click on the link.

If I convert them to a thumbprint, it shows up, or if I preview they will open.

Hi Donna,

I tried embedding a 4MB PDF file on a page with the file formatted as a link rather than a thumbnail, and was able to open it without issue.  I then tried again with the file formatted as a small thumbnail and was able to open it without issue.  How big are the PDF files you're using?  If possible, could you add screenshots showing your issues?
