Dear Confluence Community Members,
in my confluence space i got admin persmissions but i can't add new users.
System respond:
"User could not be found. Please confirm their existence with a Confluence Administrator."
The user i try to adding is from a external company, or different part of company (region). Do I need to add the user at another system first?
(Also i have temporary admin sessions, which requires an extra login, does this have any effects?)

You need to confirm with the site administrator whether the user has been granted access to the site.
