Adding an Automation to existing pages

Fabian Sieg June 4, 2024

I'm looking for a way to introduce a new rule for already existing pages.

For example, i try to restrict existing pages and want that for example the automation restrict the pages every Saturday at 11 o'clock. is that possible?

Yes.

You can use the "Scheduled" trigger, set your desired schedule and then the "Branch rule" action to collect the existing pages.

Something like this:

Thank you Aron for your reply.

And yes it worked. Partly. Is there an restriction to the site you can choose. Like 400?

It seems like the rule won't take more Sites than 400. Is there a chance to get all Sites on my page involved?

Thank U.

I don't understand the question. :-)

Do you mean "all Confluence pages on your site"?

If so, then there is a known service limit:

In that case, unfortunately, the limit pasted above applies!
