Adding a Confluence group to 300 Confluence spaces using the API or any scripts ( Confluence Cloud)

Hello,
I am reaching out for assistance in adding a specific "Confluence group" to the space permissions for 300 spaces. Manually updating each space is quite time-consuming, so I wanted to check if there is a way to accomplish this using an API or any Confluence automation rules. this is for confluence-cloud.

Thank you for your help!

Hi @Sheeba Gethsi Scwartz

This was recently added to Confluence, adding people or groups to all spaces.

This allows you to bulk add them to all spaces.  However, it's all spaces, if you want to add them to 100 out of the 300, you are back to adding them one at a time.
