Adding/Modifying Group

Nothing I have done or found online has helped me add a new member to an existing group on our Confluence page. I am supposed to be an admin user, however don't have the ability to add a new member to an existing group. This is very frustrating.

Hi @Kelly Munoz 

Are you on Cloud or Server? How is your Confluence Active Directory set up? You may need Sys Admin help to add a user to a group. 

If you are using Crowd you'll need to add the user to the group within Crowd. 

If you are using Jira as the User Directory you'll need to go into Jira and add the user to the group in Jira.
