Add privacy ratings to every page

Adam Fradley October 9, 2018

Hi,

My business needs to have a privacy rating to every document we produce...  which includes Confluence pages.

Fortunately I'm starting from a blank Space, so no retrofitting is needed, and this is a server installation (though I'd prefer a solution that didn't block us moving to the cloud in the future) :)

When a new page is created, I would like some way to force the presence of that privacy rating. Whether it's  just plain text that the creator can edit e.g.

"Privacy rating: company confidential | public"

or even better a dropdown box!

Does anyone know of a way to do this?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Adam,

I think the add-on Confidentiality for Confluence might be exactly what you need. It appears that you can select a specific confidentiality rating at the top of each page and display to your users.

Have a look at that and let us know if you have any questions.
