Add or remove page restrictions

Hi - I've adjusted my page settings to anyone can view and edit but this hasn't allowed users to edit the page. They don't get the pen icon to allow them to edit. Why is this?

Like @Ollie Guan stated in order for an individual to have access to edit any page in the space they first need to have access to edit all pages.  You can then use page restrictions to prevent editing on other pages in the space.  Page restrictions are inherited by child pages so how you organize your space content is important.

Pls check with your space admin about the space permissions.

Page Add permission is required.

Thanks Ollie - confirming that will only give permission to a specific page and not all pages in the space?

The page editing permission of the space is required, and individual pages in the space need to be set separately.

If you don't have space permissions, the pages in this space cannot be edited, even if you have given user permissions on the page.
