I defined a Jira specific view in JQL of my story issues.
I display this Jira Issue view in Confluence page but I can only force the filter in JQL.
I want to be able to select dynamically the value of specific column of this Jira view directly from Confluence.

This isn't a native feature, the Jira macro in Confluence just provides a list of Issues and their associated field data as columns.
Assuming you want to filter this data from within Confluence - you'll need an App for this, such as Table Filter and Charts for Confluence, or a similar App from the Marketplace.
