Add a license to Gliffy in Confluence

I've look at all of the instructions for adding my newly purchased GLiffy license (via the Atlassian marketplace) and I can't see how to do it. The instructions here show an upload add-on button but I can't see one on this screen. I also can't see where to put the license I have copied from my licenses in my.atlassian.com.

Please help.
