If I check off an action item on my task list, it disappears and shows as completed on the appropriate parent page.
For some reason, this is not the case for all users on our account. Refreshing doesn't work, and check the activity off directly on the parent page still doesn't remove it from some people's task lists. What is happening?
This happens to me too. I started experiencing a couple of weeks ago. I check-off an action item, navigate to another page and, when I come back, it is still unchecked. I tried to check it, wait a few seconds and then refresh the page, but I get the same result: the change doesn't persist. It is becoming really annoying. We use this functionality extensively, and if we cannot figure out a workaround, we will have to stop using it, which would be a pity...
Republishing the page is not an option because we use it for meeting minutes and every time we publish all the people in the list of attendees gets notified, and it would look weird that we would re-publish some meeting minutes that happened 3 months ago.
