Hi there,
I am a first-time user and am trying to register in the cloud version with my gmail account. However, when hovering over the email address it gives me a red circle with a back slash through it so I cannot enter anything.
I suppose this is to do with the settings in the email account.
What do I need to change? Can you help please?

Are you trying to create a new cloud instance or joining an already existing one? can you share a screenshot of the behaviour you are experiencing?
Hi, thanks for your help. I have in the end signed up via atlassian as otherwise it was to cumbersome. I am sure it was to do with my settings on gmail. I am up and running now.
