As I got to know, in Confluence up to 10 users are possible in the free version? Primarily, we would like to use it as a knowledge database (FAQ, Q&A). Is it possible for company members that are not assigned to Confluence to see those pages (would be sufficient) and maybe also to interact, or do we need a paid version for more users?
Also I tested it with an account that had no access to Confluence. When I entered a Confluence page, it automatically gave this account the rights so access Confluence (maybe because there were still free accounts for Confluence left?) How can I restrict this and set a "view-only" access?
