In Confluence, is there a way you can enforce users to agree to some kind of terms and conditions before they can create an account?

You can modify the login.vm file to include such terms and conditions with a checkbox if you want. Note that the "signup" part can be found in login.vm for Confluence 4.3 and above. Which confluence version are you using?

Hi Jerre,

We have released a plugin that may help you here:

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.glintech.confluence.termsandconditions.termsandconditions

Please note that it does only work with newer versions of Confluence (4.3 and higher).

Hi Jerre,

You can do it in Confluence 4.3, but I highly suggest that you create a test instance, to perform this test, because if something goes sideways at least you'll have your production intact. :)

Cheers,
