I am from Simpplr Technical Support Engineer, some of our customer-facing Confluence connectivity challenges on post authentication, which as shown in the below Authentication page from the Confluence, where you can see the "Accept" button in not active/ non-responsive to accept the Confluence permission while connecting to Simpplr application.
I think that you should contact Atlassian directly about this. Not many things can be done from the community.
But I'm curious... even if you choose a site to authorize the app, it's still greyed out?
